Upvan is a 3-Star Certified Tally Partner. We sell genuine TallyPrime licences and TSS renewals, provide implementation, customization (TDL), training, AMC and support services, host TallyPrime on our own cloud/VPS infrastructure, build custom web applications, and offer our own software products — TallySafe, Payman and TDS Plus. Product and service details on this site are provided in good faith, but exact features, pricing and availability may change; the details confirmed in your order or quotation will govern.

"Tally", "TallyPrime" and related marks and logos are trademarks of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Upvan Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is an authorised Tally Partner and reseller of TallyPrime licences and related services — we are not Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and nothing on this site should be taken to suggest otherwise. All other trademarks, product names and logos on this site (including TallySafe, Payman and TDS Plus) are the property of their respective owners; where they are Upvan's own products, they remain the property of Upvan Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.

Licence keys and software activations are issued once payment is confirmed, in line with Tally Solutions' own licensing terms where applicable.

For customization, implementation, training and custom web app projects, the specific scope, timeline and price are as agreed in your quotation, proposal or statement of work with us, which takes precedence over any general description on this website.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — including text, design, graphics and the Upvan logo — is owned by Upvan Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent. This does not apply to third-party trademarks referenced on this site (see Section 3).
