When you fill in an enquiry or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:

If we go on to supply you with software, a licence or a service, we may also collect billing details (such as your business name, GSTIN and address) needed to raise an invoice, and technical details relevant to delivering support (for example, remote-access session details when we assist you via AnyDesk or TeamViewer). Our web server and hosting provider may also automatically log standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and site-performance purposes.

Enquiry forms on this site are submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers your submission directly to our team's email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor for this purpose and does not use your data for its own marketing.

Our enquiry form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to filter out automated spam submissions. reCAPTCHA may collect technical information (such as your IP address and browser behaviour) to assess whether a submission is from a human; this is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your data is then stored in our business email and, where relevant, our accounting or customer-record systems, accessible only to Upvan staff who need it to respond to you or deliver your order. We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — generally, for the duration of our business relationship with you plus the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for their marketing purposes. We only share your data with third parties where necessary to deliver our services to you (such as the Web3Forms form processor above, or our hosting/VPS provider), or where required by law.
